The Quarterly Journal of Opinion (TQJO) is produced in October, January, April and July. The journal is web-based. It does not have a printed version. Its aim is to create a platform for exchange of free thought, ideas, opinions, views. TQJO does not hold dear any ideology, nor is it disparaging about any. It is an attempt at democratic debate.
TQJO will facilitate an interface between competing ideas, ideals and ideologies. The objective is to make our complex society slightly more comprehensible. The journal does not aspire to be a catalyst for change; it merely aspires to provide an opportunity for expression. Change is challenging, and not always easy. But, change is exciting when observed from the outside and analysed with detachment.
